Ashton & Shawn were married in Weeping Water NE and celebrated their reception at the Cass County Fairgrounds a couple of miles out of town. Shawn is a photographer as well - he owns SMF Photography - and I wanted to create portraits for the couple that both documented the day and had a bit of an artistic edge. From the couple to the wedding party (including 3 gorgeous flowergirls and 1 dimpled ring bearer) to the fantastic Halloween-themed cupcake tower topped with skeleton couple, I SO enjoyed this wedding. The couple was perfectly matched in the groom's quiet demeanor balanced by his bride's bubbly and infectious personality. amy & chris - 9.30.2011
Amy & Chris were married in the hills near Blair at Amy's aunt and uncle's home in an intimate ceremony surrounded by family and friends. I was only there for a couple of hours, but quickly was caught up in the emotion of the ceremony. The couple stole away from their guests for photos - lovely couple. I had the pleasure of photographing Amy's daughter the previous week for her senior photos and thoroughly enjoyed getting know the family! Please enjoy a few images from Amy & Chris' wedding. the engagement of hannah & dustin - 9.18.2011
Hannah and Dustin are getting married next summer but their engagement session was shot at Dustin's family farm near Lincoln this fall. We shot their session close to sunset - what a gorgeous time of day; location and couple!! Linzey & George were married at the former home of Beautiful Savior Church and celebrated their reception at Liberty Hall in Papillion.
